Refund schedule — repeated in your booking confirmation
- Full refund until 14 days before pickup.
- 50% refund from 13 to 7 days before pickup.
- No refund within 7 days of pickup.
- We may make exceptions for genuinely exceptional situations — ask us.
- The final policy you agree to is always the one in your written booking confirmation.
