Confirmed with every booking
- The full rental agreement is provided in writing and signed before pickup.
- It covers: the exact van, dates and times, price, deposit, mileage, fuel, cleanliness, late return, cross-border rules and what happens if something breaks.
- Nothing in the agreement will contradict what this website says about price transparency and the exact-van guarantee.
Standing rules
- Maximum two travellers.
- Approved drivers only — 25+, licence held 3+ years, manual experience.
- 200 km per rental day included; €0.35 per extra km.
- No smoking, no off-road, no festivals unless agreed, pets by approval.
