Plain-language summary. The full terms are confirmed in writing with every booking and in the rental agreement you sign before pickup. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we answer plainly.
What this covers
- Use of the Birbi website, the online booking process and payment.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. Birbi never sees or stores your card details.
- The full rental agreement — the exact van, dates and times, price, mileage, fuel, cleanliness, late return, cross-border rules and what happens if something breaks — is provided in writing and signed before pickup.
The short version
- We describe the vans honestly and keep prices transparent. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay before the trip.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive our written confirmation by email.
- Cancellations follow the cancellation policy published on this site and repeated in your confirmation.
- The legal entity you rent from, its registered details and the governing law are set out in the rental agreement you sign before pickup, and are available from us on request.
