Plain-language summary. The full terms are confirmed in writing with every booking and in the rental agreement you sign before pickup. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we answer plainly.
What we collect
- Details you enter when booking, joining the waitlist or contacting us: name, email, phone, country, driver declarations, trip dates, chosen extras and your message.
- We use them to answer you, to arrange your trip and to meet our legal obligations as a rental company. Nothing else.
Who handles your data
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us.
- Bookings and trip details are stored in a database hosted in the European Union (Ireland).
- Contact, waitlist and newsletter form submissions are delivered to us through our website provider.
- We do not use advertising or analytics tools on this site today.
Your rights
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not send marketing email unless you subscribed, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to us through the contact page. Booking records are kept only as long as tax and rental law require.
