How a Birbi trip works
From first click to first camp, without the rental-company feeling.
1 · Choose a van and dates
Bumblebee lives in Portugal, Bee in Lithuania. Pick your dates and the full price is visible immediately — daily rate, included kilometres, everything.
2 · Tell us you can drive it
Both vans are 4-speed manuals from the 1980s. During the request you confirm you are 25+, have held a licence for 3+ years and are comfortable with a manual gearbox.
3 · We confirm personally
Your request reaches a human, not a queue. We confirm availability and next steps by email, usually within 24 hours. No payment is taken with the request.
4 · The handover
You meet your van and one of us. We walk through everything — starting ritual, gears, water, bed, quirks — and do a short test drive together. Plan 45 relaxed minutes.
5 · Go slowly
The van is yours. The Birbi guide covers every ritual, and if something feels wrong you contact us directly. We know these vans personally.
6 · The return
Bring her back as you found her, roughly: fuel topped up, interior tidy. We check the van together, shake hands, and you go home slightly changed.
